This study utilized the seasonality index to investigate rainfall trends and seasonal regimes in Makurdi, Otukpo, Gboko, Zaki-Biam, Igumale, Vandeikya, Katsina-Ala and Bopo stations in Benue state. The results revealed a least mean seasonality index of 0.68 in southern Vandeikya station and 0.77 in Makurdi northern station.
